Do I Need To Register A Sunfish

3 large sue Google for Microsoft

Microsoft Corp., Yahoo Inc. and Amazon.com Inc. sue Google Inc. by digitized books, the latter company tries to hold the publishing rights of millions of digital books protected by copyright law.

Fighting a legal agreement that would give Google Inc. digital publishing rights of millions of books protected by copyright law begins to look like a heavyweight duel.
Microsoft Corp., Yahoo Inc. and Amazon.com Inc. joined a coalition that hopes to prevent the ambitious plan of digital books Google and convince a federal judge to halt plans or check the Internet company.

The group, called Alliance Open Book (Open Book Alliance) is in the process of consolidation in the Internet Archive, an organization that has long criticized the Google initiative to produce as many digital copies books as possible.

addition to these large companies a growing group of critics has complained about the legal agreement Google , but none had the strength que al parecer tendrá la Alianza con las compañías tecnológicas más famosas del mundo.

Ironically, the alliance works in conjunction with Gary Reback, a Silicon Valley lawyer who helped convince the Department of Justice to submit an antitrust lawsuit against Microsoft . Chased demand software company in the last years of the decade of 1990.

The Justice Department is already assessing the possible failure of the Google deal and will be reviewed by U.S. District Judge Denny Chin in a hearing in New York on 7 October.

Microsoft , Yahoo and Amazon have financial reasons to oppose the collective agreement negotiated Google authors and publishers for 10 months. Amazon be the most affected of the three, it is a huge seller of digital Kindle book which has further increased sales.

plan Google is offering free access to some of the books through its search platform and selling others as part of a register of works that share the revenue with authors and publishers if the deal is approved in court.

Opponents believe that this will give too much power to Google on prices. Others have expressed fears that the company can store more personal information about users by tracking what you are
